Record Ratings for the DIY Network

January 2014 has been a very good month ratings-wise for the DIY network, which had been airing Holmes Makes it Right in the US exclusively until last week's premiere on HGTV/US. In a press release from DIY, the record-setting month for viewership was accredited to their diverse programming lineup, which includes Mike's show Holmes Makes It Right. Earlier last year, the two-part episode "Caught in a Trap" set a DIY viewership record as the highest rated episode of any show to air on the DIY network (see Holmes Makes It Right "Shatters" Viewer Records on DIY for more information). That same episode has since been nominated for a Canadian Screen Award (see Holmes Makes It Right -- Nominated for a 2014 Canadian Screen Award for more information).
